[Tethering] Which is best? iPhoneModem or PDANet?

For those of you who have installed both of these apps? Which one works best - easiest to use, easiest to configure? And why is it the best? Does either of them require a proxy app?

I have used both. PdaNet is way better. Both are easy to install/configure but PdaNet doesn't use socks prox so you get "Full Internet" and mail application work without have to reconfigure them.
