For the life of me, I can not get swirly MMS to work with either my Philippines (Smart) or my Thai sim (AIS)

I have tried the settings here:

and they do not work, unless I'm just inputting them incorrectly.

I can test send an MMS to my phone, and SwirlyBeeps and says I have 1 new MMS. However, I can never retrieve it. It always either times out, or gives me some other kind of error message. The little M symbol is green however.

Any user Philippine or Thai users with iphones get MMS to work?
