it looks like you have to use ibrickr or ssh to upload the app you create on his website.

put

tel:YOURNUMBER with YOURNUMBER as 5551236789 or whatever number you use, note the tel: part...

i did that and its still not working..does the png file have to be a specific size??

i dont think so, you might want to restart your iphone after you install it. then try it again.
