I'm from Switzerland and would like to change the stock source. Is this possible! Because I don't need the american index !

Or if it is not possible how to remove that icon from springboard ??

Various methods to remove it:

• I first removed it by moving Stocks.app out of the Application folder (via shh/WinSCP/Cyberduck/Fugu/...).
• The more comfortable way is using the Customize application to hide it.

Tnx, will try. I dont think that i want to hide it because I dont need it to refresh, it is unusable to me. How did you remove it from Application folder, just delete it or ?

Just add a .sw in front of the ticker symbol of the stock you want to see...and it'll give you quotes from the swiss exchange. A complete listing can be found here:
