I'm sure SOMEONE has an idea !

Yeah, my son got a little crazy with his sendsong when he first got it, sending out a bunch of .m4a files to his friends or whatever, and what ended up happening is the mail queue gets so clogged up that mail.app just refuses to work and crashes.

What I ended up doing is going into the MobileFinder on the iphone, and I browsed through the folder structure until I found where all the mail queues were, and I deleted the stuff he had sitting in there. That totally fixed the issue, but sitting here right now typing to you, I am sorry to report I don't recall what path all that stuff was located in.

based on swatch comment i found how to fix it
1) go to finder
2) click on the "~" upper right (in the finder app)
3)Goto Library/Mail
4) u shoulbe in "~/Library/Mail"
5) i deleted all Ophraned stufff
6)then move to the outbox folder and delete everything in there
7) FIXED!!!
