[Screen Capture] Pictures display blurry for a short time
I use the standard photos button to view screen pictures taken by the screen capture that came with BossPrefs and I find they display blurry and then turn clear after a significant delay. How can I get the photos to display clearly right away?
Thanks in advance

I dont think there is a way to stop that, I believe it happens to everybody.
iPhone "2G" - 3.1.3 - Jailbroken + iPhoDroid
iPhone 4 - 4.0.2 - Not jailbroken (yet)

What's 'a significant delay'?
The photo browser always has low resolution images in the scroll view. If you swipe quickly side-to-side you will see them briefly before the phone switches to a higher-res image (after scrolling has stopped.) The transition is usually quick, I'd estimate under half a second.
If you power down and restart the phone, does it improve at all?

The answer is simply no.
As cobra said, the iPhone built-in photo browser uses low res thumbnails.
When you copy the pictures from the camera roll to your computer, you get the Hires ones.

just wait the 3 seconds its worth it

I am not talking about 3 seconds delay. Often it is 30 seconds, 60 seconds, or more for a picture to focus. I wouldn't complain about 3 seconds.

sounds like your phone is running unnecessary crap in the backgound to me. I would hard reset, or if you feel like it, why not do a full restore, always nice to weed out the apps that one does not use.
Peace,

I do not have many apps on my phone. Is there a way to find out what background processess are running and what apps are responsible for them? I do have fring (but did not start it since last power cycle) and that piece of crap demoware iLog, which looks like it would be a good app if it wasnt'a crippled demo.
