Is that possible? so that when I turn the phone sideways I can text horizontal?

I'm so use to the Sidekick 3 that I kind of miss that way of holding the phone... would this be possible to make? or add-on???

i have no idea about programming but thats the only thing that the iphone is missing.. i dont care about anything else since i have a gps in my car and my bmw supports the iphone.. however this would be the greatest app.. and i dont understand why apple did not put that feature in the phone to begin with since u can type webpages in landscape mode.. thats is just mind boggling
if anyone can do this .. this woul dbe amazing i would be even willing to donate

yeah i totally agree!!! you can do landscape in safari but not for texting... i'd even be willing to donate...
