Request: Download MP3s from the net into the iphone music library
Is it possible to download MP3s straight from the net into the iphone music library?
I know there was that safari plugin that lets you download apps from the net on the iphone, it would be SO COOL if there was a way to download mp3s as well!
I'm completely uninformed but seems like there would be some issues with syncing, but maybe there's a solution in the way the iphone handles newly downloaded/purchased songs from the itunes app and adds them to your computer's library? in theory couldn't we do something similar where it just adds it instead of deleting it when you sync?
I cannot express how cool this feature would be!!!!!!!
Don't kill me if this is a double post! I searched and couldn't find anything similar :/

that's impossible. when you sync with iTunes, the song will be erased.

if you really wanna try, use ishare to download and use mobilefinder to open.

@bmn the problem is that sometime you want to play a mp3 in safari and sometime you want to download it. If you accept to choose definitely it could be feasible soon with MNPlight

@Notfound: Your wrong. MNPlight add songs to iTunes library but songs stay in an MNPlight directory. In further version, MNPlight will automaticly re-add song after a sync.
BTW: MNPlight can and will do much more
