I could be wrong, but I believe that iToday from danstaface does this, same folks that make Ringtones.app, rWallpaper.app and vWallpaper.app. Will install now and report back
EDIT: looks like the guy behind the aforementioned apps is having some problems at the moment, however, the source for installer should be: http://i.danstaface.net but I haven't seen iToday listed at all, and on the website there doesn't seem to be a download for it either. I would like that, but I would like an update on its status. Kate is just ridiculous for its price and not worth it.

- Apple has records of which iPhones have been activated through AT&T. They can bring up this information based on your serial number or phone number AT THE STORE or OVER THE PHONE

The developer posted he doesnt know when it will be out, but maybe be a beta this week.

Kate was cracked before...and then it was ok to use it...but for this price, no thank you.
