Guys Ive got 1.2 on trial..

I've unticked the apps i.e. smart dialer..

but when i go to the installer and click uninstall it tells me that it will only unistall the install apl for cattepiller?

Any ideas how to delete it?

I believe you can just hold the caterpillar icon on the desktop down until it wiggles then select delete.

this should trigger the undelete to happen correctly

mate im on 1.1.1?

the wiggle dont work for me...

better ssh or ibrick your way in or you could use mobilefinder

Mite be a good time to consider updating to 1.1.4 or maybe restoring your 1.1.1 again.

Caterpillar as you can tell from searching the forum can be a real pain in the arse specifically with pre 1.1.3fw

hmm yer i noticed the iphone started to become slow..

ive got ssh, is it possible if u can tell me the locations of its files and also the location of the spring board icon..

couldnt really tell you but I know there was a thread awhile back with a issue simillare to this I do know that you have to delete the launch daemons try searching for a thread called cattipillare how to remove, sorry I can't be more helpful as I am doing this by phone

Well... my messing up with this sh... app. ended in complete restore.
I suggest the you save some time (and lots of agreviation) and just restore (to 1.1.4 ;-)).

Registered user catapillar with 1.1.2 firmware - been holding off on firmwares 1.1.3 and 1.1.4 since issues on unlocking and muliple patches required and compatibility with apps.

But I will state its buggy on 1.1.2, random lock ups /reboots ( even on revirgined phone with just catapillar loaded ) slows done on unlocking /answering calls.

Been holding off, but may look like i need to update to new firmware to use app without issues. But then again 1.1.2 is very stable firmware. In debate mode of stayed bugged catapillar or update firmware and run other stability issues with other apps/operations (((

And I can attest uninstall doe snot work correctly on 1.1.2 as well.

Any hope of getting it to unistall of a 1.1.1? why are people being trialed and not able to uninstall?
