Well time capsule is one app that can do it. There's another way and thats the manual way. Using WinSCP so SSH in or iPhoneBrowser. Go to /private/var/mobile/Library/Installer and backup the PackageSources.plist. The next time u restore .. just copy it back to the same directory and refresh installer.
