It just appears with the standard Community Sources and BigBoss Recommended Sources.

I just tried it, and its a little fiddly, but a good start.
i was hoping for this:
Index finger sets the start of selection area, use thumb to start selection.
As you move the index finger, a coloured highlight illustrates your selection area. Then use thumb again to automatically do the Copy command. Then move index finger to where you want to paste it, then double-tap thumb to paste.
What do you guys think? Possible?

BTW, it only works on that TextEditJ app only. It's not system-wide. Sorry to dissappoint...
