Does anyone know of any working source code for Advanced Preference ?

Advanced preferences is not an application, its a set of plists that reorganizes your settings and allows the stock settings application to modify variables that were previously hidden. There is no source code, but if you want to see the modified plists, they are in your /System/Library/PreferenceBundles folder.
