I can't say this is a blank app, and I can't say it is a release. But it is very useful. These are great for skinning and themes. JUst transfer to /Applications via SSH and you are done! Then rearrange in whatever order you want.

I just copied the blank apps from iSpazioOSX Theme and renamed them to make more. There are 42 blank apps for you.

If you need more info just ask, although it is pretty simple.
