I searched and found stuff about Tvsircity or something but few ppl say it doesn't work and its unreliable. So was wondering can any1 else suggest something else?

Its an open-source project on code.google.com i think... it let me view some MP4 movies remotely. I think they have to be iphone-compatible first, so WMV and AVIs have to be converted first.

You mean Tversity? It's an awesome program but I don't think it can stream to the iphone (has to transfer the full file before playback begins)...
