[Problem] Apps don't appear on my phone

hey guys i have a iphone 2g update to 3.0 and when i download apps from cydia it doesnt appear on my phone....i try installing icy and it doesnt show up either...restored a couple of times and still no luck

are you useing SBS or any other tools to Hide applications?

What jailbroken apps you have installed on your Apple iPhone? Some of the apps' icon do not show up on the home screen, such as SBSettings...
