Wifi on/off Application

Has anyone created an application whose only purpose is to turn WIFI on and off and could be activated from the home screen with one touch. In another thread, XianLi made the icons below that would be perfect for what I want. My battery life on my phone isn't great, so I usually turn WIFI on and off a few times a day and would rather do it with one tap rather than the three taps is currently takes. If someone knows of this application or can easily write it, I would appreciate it.

Services.app = 2 taps.
