Summerboard issue

I installed the summerboard and then the "touch" theme onto my iphone

I just actually want the "touch" theme because it has the reflection for the dock amd it looks nice.

so can i just uninstall the summerboard without uninstalling the "touch" theme ?

now i'm not using any additional themes nor summerboards , (uninstalled according to orders )

but why my screen will flash some black & white strips for about 0.01 sec when i restart my device ?

is there any problem with it or its just normal since you install apps on it ?

i'm now not using any additional apps on my iphone except for the dock .

is my iphone spoilt ? i'm so afraid now.
