Bump...
this would be really nice, especially for listening to podcasts.
I bought this from sony http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/...52921665274947
it works great, you can even control the ipod forward and backward...it does cost 150 and the guy at the sony store told me it didn't work with the iphone...still I bought it and I'm very happy with it.
I'm using 1.1.4 pwned.
There's a very long thread about trying to get more out of the iPhone bluetooth. It seems that the hardware will certainly support file transfer and A2DP, but the software support on the firmware is missing. There's a group trying to port an opensource Bluetooth stack that's compatible with the chipset to the iPhone. There's been no word for about a month now, it's much more difficult then you would expect.
oh i thought they could find and modify the thing that sends the phone call thru bluetooth but only send music out..... damn
It works on the Iphone I have an Iphone with firmware 1.1.4 pwned.
Cool, thanks! :)
those look nice. how is the sond quality and do u need to use the attachment or does the inbuilt bluetooth work
