OpenVPN client for iPhone/Touch

It seems like some french guy is trying to port openvpn to the iphone,

... my french is pretty rusty though ... anyone here understand how far he has gotten?

Looks like they are trying to get the tun/tap driver working. I posted a message on there requesting an update if available cause there hasnt been a post in there in quite some time.

Wonder if we will see this happen now that AppStore is Out.

Anyone with news on this issue? I would love to get OpenVPN on the iPhone and I guess a lot of people would...
