I have a Linksys WRT54G V8 with the latest FW and when ever i try to enter the configuration page from my iphone (198.168.1.1) it asks me for the password i type it but the page never comes out, it just stays on the page i was visiting before.
Can anyone confirm if you can open Linksys WRT54G configuration page with the safari on your iphone?
I used to have an 8GB 1.0.2 OTB and was not able to doit with that one either.
Any help is apreciated

Looks like MobileSafari is not compatible with the webadmin interface of your Router.
If you feel comfortable with SSH, you can also change settings in the Router this way.

what's your router's Firmware version ?
Maybe he has the Saving Cookies issue ?
I can also confirm that the WRT54G's configuration page opens fine on the iPhone. I have v7.0 of the router (the only fucking version incompatible with DD-WRT).

The iPhone interprets this as cancelling, and does not send a null field. What you have to do is put a single space in the username or password spot, depending on which is blank.

Thanks Cekle, This worked for me, in my case the user name was NULL so i just added a space on the login screen to my user name and that was it, it worked !!!!Quote:
