This should be a sticky thread with 1.1.3 compatable app/games list.
No need for a sticky, i tested 20+ apps, and all of them work.

guess summerboard and customize needs a update before they work?
Since Lost Soul beat me to the punch, here is what doesn't work.
Dock
SummerBoard
OpenSSH
Customize
I tried to uninstall Dock, Summerboard, and OpenSSH but when I do, it says "Main Script execution failed!"
How do I fix this and uninstall it?
I presume more apps still work on 1.1.2 so why the need to upgrade? Except for the vibrating icons i guess
OpenSSH is no application, it's an systemextension, and it works...at least it does for me... if you get any mainscript errors i'd rather recommend you to reinstall installer...
Does the new locateme work version 5 i think
