Hey guys , i have search and not found the answer yet, excuse my ignorance, i have a 3G Jailbroken phone with Cycorder, works great, but my question is how can i back up and view those videos I take, outside of my phone?

You have to connect to your iPhone through SSH.
Hack that Phone - OpenSSH installation
And then you have to find the associated file.
Hack that Phone - Recording video with Cycorder, and sharing it with iSquint

You have to ssh it out of your phone.
1. Install ssh from cydia. You will see it at the bottom of the "featured" page
2. Install winSCP from here: WinSCP :: Free SFTP and FTP client for Windows
(there are many tutorials on how to use winscp on the net)
3. Your video files are located in /private/var/mobile/Media/Videos
Or you can download DiskAid, iPhonebrowser or another similar tool: doesn't require SSH installation on your phone (but it does require the USB cable).
