Yes, its buggy and does not work :(
Bugs include non collection of calendars from google, crashes, non-deletion of accounts.

Scrap that, just sorted it....
If you were previously a NS user in the < 2.0 firmwares then the backups saved from the iPhone will remain, they are not compatible with NS for >=2.0
Before you install NS, go to /var/mobile/Library/Calendar (use either SSH or terminal)
Delete Calendar.sqlitedb and Nemussync.pid
Install and all should work fine!!

Tis ok, I found it in Installer. Works a treat. Although getting it to install was a trial...
When I first clicked on it I see no information and only the little AJAX-esque loading circle. After a while I give up and hit the home button. Once I re-enter Installer and pick NemusSync again it loads properly and I can install.
Use Cydia rather than installer, waaaay too many bugs in installer!

btw: great devs would have rolled out a software which is compatible with previous versions. lets just say that it is a good piece of software lacking some basic compatibility.
Yes, local data that was in the default NS calendar would be lost...
Best to sync you iphone with your computer so that outlook makes a copy of your calendar
Delete files then install NS, setup your google account and add your google DB as your default
Sync iphone with itunes, your calendar will then be updated. In NS, upload contents to your google calendar (or export data from outlook directly into google)

Is there an step by step process on how to do this. I loved this program in 1.1.4 and have not been able to use it now that I upgraded. I'm am not familiar with SSH or Terminal but would love to get this working again. Any help will be appreciated.

Which part? As mentioned you can find NemusSync in installer or cydia
