1.1.4 Web Clips not Adding to Homescreen

Hey guys, upgraded from 1.1.3 to 1.1.4 using iPlus 2.0 and international payload, everything seems to be working fine bar adding bookmarks to the home screen, when I do I get this message could not add this page to the home screen because an error occurred is there any fix for this? Have tried restarting the iPhone with no luck.

Just thought I'd add all previous web clips work fine when restored to the iphone, its driving me nuts!!

Search the forms, i had the exact same problem, had to deal with permissions.
