I am using 16 GB 2G iphone,using software 1.1.4, unlocked first with ziphone win 2.6b, then restored and unlocked with iPlus2[1].0b. Using since March 2008 without any problem.

I had installed software SMSD Fr which worked for about 6 months but then started crashing, so I uninstalled it but when I try to reinstall, message comes "Error, package download failed".

I also have software package "iphone recorder" by iSpazio.net but when I try to instal, same message appears i.e."Error, package download failed".

Do I need to first instal some other package before installing these applications.

Also pl advise which is the best option for SMS application and recording of voice conversation for 1.1.4 and how to install them.

seriously, why are you on 1.1.4 ? thats like still using Windows 98

your getting those Errors because they have probably removed support for 1.1.4 from the repos.
