Is there a program out there that allows me to store multiple pdf, word, excel files in like a folder.
and allow me to open them whenever i like.

Well my friend I am afraid there is no such program yet.

I have the PDFViewer wich I suggest you use version 3.0 for more stability.

For World or Excel files I think the nearest thing is the gOffice interface:

yes, you can use MNPlight for that: you store your files in a folder on your iPhone, and you can use MNPlight web file browser to inspect them. Works wonderfully with my Paris maps...
