Probably not too much, it works with the volume buttons instead of a SpringBoard icon. Obviously Inhabi is advertising his own app (which costs $10 and, if you want to encrypt your messages, another $50).

It loads really fast... I have been using it for a couple of days and I like it so far

Its okay, but if this app even remotely interests you then you should check out the new iRealSMS ver 2.0.8.. now features QuickSend! If you already purchased iRealSMS, this update will be free later on this evening. A more complete review is available in its own thread.

For completeness: that sells at around $12.50 (10 euro).
