Hello, I would like to see a musical tuner app developed.

for the tuner I wasn't imaging the microphone detecting the pitch, but more of a speaker program that plays a note to tune too.

While the tuner program could start in its early editions by playing different common tuning notes, I'd eventually like to see it progress to being able to adjust the frequency depending on which interval of the chord the player is trying to tune to.

For example, "mathematical in tune" (by tuning each note to the "tuning frequency") doesn't actually correlate to the frequency of the 1-3-5 interval.

I look forward to trying out the metronome app and eventually could see the tuner app idea merge in to the metronome app.

That would be great. And I hope it also allow different tunings.. so it shows its right at Eb Ab, etc..
I hate some app that only shows standard tunings....

I just started learning to play a guitar, so tunning by ear is still kind of difficult for me.
