hi i have 1.1.2 and i dont know what you do to the .plist file to make it work. because when ever i try to download something like a music file it just plays it with the quicktime player thing please help!!

because when i click on the megaupload link it bring to download the toolbar which i do not want to download but there is not such option to close the download toolbar section.

Hehe, yeah, I haven't had as much time to check up on the thread lately.

Changing the text and button color is a good idea. I made an attempt to change the button color early on in order to make it more obvious that the download started (wanted it to go red as it started, and then back to green when it finished)

However, there's some weirdness that happens when trying to redraw some UI elements within a plugin's view, so it caused Safari to hang. It could also be isolated to 1.0.2. I'll give it another shot later when I upgrade.

As far as the plugin being ugly, no big deal. Doesn't have to be pretty. However, if you're interested in refining it, the only thing I'd change is the color of the text on the button. If it were dark-on-green, it would be easier to read from arm's length (say you tap to download, and set the phone on the table...it would be easier to know at a glance when it's done). If you're so inclined, you could also change the overall color of the button based on download state. Green for complete, red for failed, yellow or blue for "in progress." Any interest?
