After seeing several request about users not being able to disable the Sound Alarm in MobileCal and just keep the vibration feedback, i decided to write an add-on script to Bossprefs to enable/disable this.



When you turn SilenCal "on", the Calendar Alarm Event will only vibrate once.
When you turn it "off", it will play the Alarm sound and vibrate as well.

You must manually install it.

An installer source and iLiberty+ payload will come soon.

Installation:

Copy SilentCal.png, scripts and services folders in /Applications/BossPrefs.app/
Copy AlarmOFF.caf in /System/Library/Audio/UISounds/

Verify/Set the permissions/ownership of scripts folder, services folder and the files inside to 755 - root:wheel

Now when you start BossPrefs you'll see the SilentCal option. (like the above screenshot)
