What is 85?
What is 4?
What is SINEU?
What is 0765?
What is CABLEUROPA, S.A.U.?

I have tried to install your app following these instructions ....
Add in Installer Source http://klim.ru/install/;
- In Klims Mods >> AppSuport Patch;
- Restart iPhone;
- Go in Installer: Klims Mods >> CallData.

But never get the Klims Mods category after adding the source any ideas I love the idea of your app !!

Depending on the prefix, you get different lenghts; ie. 871 854 XXX would be a number for the city SINEU, which has 0765 ZIP Code, is in BALEARES province and that number is assigned to CABLEUROPA, SAU operator since 10/28/2002.

Allow me a few minutes to re-check, couse theoretic ZIP code does not correspond.

UPDATE: Zip codes do not correspond. They are using the first two digits (as 07 in the example) for the province, and the other two must be some Exchange reference or area code.
Either we cross fill the database with the postal codes or just leave it with no zip.
