I tried to install spoofapp, and it said "error you must install jiggy runtime first"

What is this? I found it on installer but didn't really want to install it before I found out what it was, I searched but couldn't really find any info.

Also, since I downloaded spoofapp but if didn't install, is it on my phone somewhere? or do I have to download it again?

EDIT: I tried to install it anyways, and the first time it says that to install you must have jiggy runtime installed first? WTF? Then I did a search on this problem and tried clearing the queue, and now it just says "package download failed"

SO: What is this app and how do I get it working so I can get spoofapp ?

EDIT#2: Got it to work by clearing queue and then restarting the phone. Still wonder what it is though? Some type of plug in?

Its nothing to worry about, just a set of frameworks to allow developers to write apps easily in javascript.
