Hey anyone willing to take the itunes wifi app off the ipod and see if it works on the iphone? we should see if it works

Yeah, but what if you are forced to update and it breaks the unlock? thats why we still should have the app for those of us who don't want to update

They're probably smart enough to check the firmware/version of the OS files on the iPhone. It may be possible to crack the dmg of the iPhone files and replace them on the phone and spoof the firmware version to do it without breaking the lock.

Well, everyone wants to post the app, it's just not possible yet. Remember back in early July when all of us couldn't even get into the iPhone? It's just like that all over again. Sit tight knowing you're not the only one eagerly waiting for the app .
