I've never used my phone with itunes, only had it connected for the original unlock process. When I connect it this is the message that I get.

Can i click either of these options without bricking the phone? and if so, what are the consequences of clicking either option?

Guess u've got to FULLY uninstall iTunes, then reinstall (ver 7.4.1.2).

Just click on setup as a new iphone it will just set up your phone, it wont mess it up. BTW if by anychance it asks to restore DONT DO IT....
