[ipickupline] Can't uninstall it
I tried this damned software just for the heck of it, saw that it was lame, and now I can't get rid of it. I uninstalled it from installer at which point it disappeared from the uninstall list, but it is still alive and kicking on my springboard - fully working! I tried reinstalling it and uninstalling it again but to no avail. Anyone has the same problem and knows the best procedure to manually get rid of this software?

same problem here.... manual uninstall should do it, but I haven't tried. I really don't get why it had a star (recommended app) on it. I appreciate the work but man, its really lame, corny even.
Come to think of it, the program may be all about apps not getting uninstalled rather than the actual pickup lines. Intentional? peace!

Same issue. I went in with Finder and manually deleted all files in the folder. After a respring the app was removed from my Springboard.

I'm assuming you're trying to delete whatever.app. The reason you cannot delete it is because it's actually a folder. Just double-tap the app you want to delete and delete all files inside.

when i double click a app it starts it up
what is the directory for app files?

Open Finder and tap the Settings button. Switch "Application Launch" to OFF.
Click the apple icon in Finder on the top right. You should then see Applications, Bookmarks, Sync, and Trash. Double-tap Applications. Scroll down the list of apps until you find iPickupLine.app. Double-tap iPickupLine.app. Delete each file listed. Now respring and the iPickupLine icon will no longer appear.
You might want to also consider running OpenSSH on your iPhone (available through Installer) and SSH'ing into your iPhone with an FTP program, such as TurboFTP (my personal favorite).
In any case, this app is located at ./Applications/iPickupLine.app/

hey, i found a decent solution....i just found it really annoying that it was on my desktop, so i got this app called "poof" through installer, its under utilities...with this program you can hide apps that are on ur desktop, so this way u don't even see it...
