I'll try to help as much as I can.
Right now I'll be using the original (or slightly modified) Crayon Physics graphics, but as soon as this first project is finished, I will need some custom graphics... I will most likely do a The Incredible Machine clone after this, so if you want to take a look at it and start sketching some artwork... please go head

I really need as high resolution as possible.
I didn't measure the speed of AcceleratedInX, but its not so difficult, if you have any difficulties with it, just drop me a note and I will take a look at it... And if you find out how fast it is, please share too... While probably not very fast, the AcceleratedInX is not that slow too, but if you really need lots of data, the HIDEvent method is the way to go... with it you can get data from the accelerometer at it's full speed (100khz right now, the kernel can set it to 400khz, but may be messy to do so), but it have some strange side-effects, like the volume icon popping up when you start your app... And using the full 100khz, it can get quite hard to keep up with the data... If you want to take a look at the code, here is a little app I was using to play with it: http://www.iphone.r4m0n.net/repos/zips/iGrav.zip
Good luck!

I've made a small demonstration video of iPhysics 0.3, I hope you don't mind it.
You can view it here.

I'd change the background to something else, since you don't have the consent of the Crayon-Physics author, if I'm not mistaken

The author has released the images under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.0 license, so as long as I give credit to him, don't sell it and share them under the same license, it's fine.

Wow, great progress, but where is accelerometer feature?
Also, I'd like if you could add the anchoring feature (so the gravity doesn't apply to drawn objects which you "anchor" to the wall, for example...).
Maybe pinch zooming as well? Or two finger rotating - with these features iPhysics would become even more attractive than Jeff Hans multitouch demoes

The accelerometer feature took a small vacation, but will be back right after the main Crayon Physics port is done (which is very soon).
The suggested features are great, and I will do my best to add them to the engine as soon as possible...
As for the people voting in the pool, who voted "Other" please say which...

Will there be a way to reset the screen or start-over the "objective"

Very nice update! I have been checking all day for one. lol
I just downloaded it, and gave it a try.
1st level works flawlessly.
2nd level the objects are dropped down too low, they're not on the pillars.
3rd ..well, that's just a black screen that doesn't let you do anything except see the objects.
Nonetheless, great job so far, keep it up.
