Guys have you tested the new 1.2.2 version of iphone video recorder?

i just upgraded and WOW... the framerate is like 100x better, the preview is instant, they drastically simplified its interface, and wow its just so much better... 1.2 was crap very bad framerate for me but 1.2.2 is wicked...

records instantly, good solid framerate... also the playback actually works properly, as in you dont wait 5 minutes for the video to play once you click it and it starts opening now it plays right away....

only bug ive found so far... is when you go to submit a new video to youtube it still has the old info from the previous video, no way to clear it i have to erase it all and reenter the new info for the new video

but either way its a hella lot better... this actually gives me hope for the perfect iphone video app... this puts f*cking showtime to shame!!!

ive had issues with this program, i can record video but sound just comes out just plain static, anyone else come across this issue?

does anyone know why i get "error- Main script execution failed" when im trying to install the new videorecorder? its the only app i get that error on and i have tried the installer fix but it did not work.

yea me 2 i get main script execution failed! although it gave me error package download failed the 1st time!

have you restarted installer?

sounds good! i have a question about showtime though, how do you delete the videos after you record them? theres no delete button or anything. If i just uninstall showtime, will the videos delete too?

yea i restarted and did everythin i could includin the 3.1 installer fix but nothin seems 2 work always error download failed or main script exec error ! what do u think is the problem ? could it be overloaded servers ?

yes, i only have this problem with the latest videorecorder, it must be something they have done wrong.

This happened to me in 1.2 as well... it affected all my apps that play .amr files (Voice Notes) by playing pure static as well... couldn't rectify it so had to restore

Hopefully you don't have the same problem, or if you do maybe you'd be lucky to find a "better than restore" solution.
