[Installer] "Package download failed" on unlocked 1.1.3

Hello, i unlocked 1.1.3otb with ziphone 2.3....everything working but when i try to update installer it says "package download failed". I've tried everything reset the phone, installed community sources, installed bsd subsystem, but still same problem....someone pls help

What package failed ?

Have you tried refreshing the sources ?

I tried refreshing sources also, still problem....also, when i go to uninstall tab and click on installer to reinstall it it shows size 0 bytes....can u help me?

if u can install community services and bsd using installer its probably a server issue

I've installed ssh, can u tell me how to login my phone using WinSCP.....

somebody help me solve this problem please....im desperate i have 2 phones which show "package download failed" when i try to update installer....help!!
