    Default Installer not work. Help needed

    I am currently using the iphone with 1.0.2 firmware and right niw I am having serious problem loading program onto the phone. I want to try to virginize the phone so I can update the firmware to 1.1.4. However, when I try to download the program, the installer program crashed on me and it boot me to spring board. Any idea on how to fix it?
