Ok, well first off let me point out this would not be for jailbreaking or activating.

I would be willing to help making graphics and layout. I do not know how to code native apps. I know HTML and a little bit of java.

My idea is to port the files to the iPhone, then create a native app that would run the chosen commands. This could be used for DFU mode, restore mode, regular restart, unlocking and changing the IMEI. This could be available in the installer and would be extremely convenient for DFU and restore modes and unlocking. This would make the only thing to do on the computer is activate and jailbreak.

This is a good idea but it begs the question, "Would you like an app that can put your phone in DFU mode, on the phone?". This could cause someone to potentially f&^$ your shit up!

correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm pretty sure that some programs can already restart the iphone into dfu.

Well, this one is very popular and would be more widely used.
