i just a quick question about developing applications on iphone.
I think it's possible, but I want find out if we can develop an iphone application using windows?

is there any plugin for eclipse out there for iphone applications?

which other compiler that i can use to develop application for iphone on windows?

Only the iphone toolchain compiler works for development at the moment. I've heard a couple people got it to compile under Cwygin on windows. It seems to be easier on osx or linux.

I've not heard of any Eclipse plugins. Did you see the news about Apple releasing a SDK in Feb? I assume that will be in Xcode on max osx.
