[Dev] What's the best place to learn how to make native apps with Vista ?

Where can i learn about making native apps?

Depending on your hardware you could install Mac OS X Leopard and thebn install the SDK without CHUD Tools and it would be easy app making. I dont know if you could use it with jailbroken iphone on 1.1.x though

But i do not whant to use the SDK, i wanna make apps for 1.1.2 and 3 iphone...

How did people do their apps before the sdk?

I am not sure, I would like to know that too. I wanted to make a prank app that says its erasing everything off of the phone but nobody in Native Software could help.

you have to set up the toolchain with instructions from here and then start writing apps. Rep me if it helps

well if your running vista you could try using OS thru moca5 or another virtual machine type thing...... but i just dont kno if you can get OS-X working on a VM either

Ok here is wut i have so far:
-I downloaded the prebuilt toolchain from some website
-Downloaded winchain
-Installed cgywin
-Connected my iphone usin ssh so that it could retrieve all the necessary files
-Finally was able to succesfully intall the toolchain on mah windows vista

NOW here are some questions:
I created an app template usin "winChain Template Builder", it created a bunch of files on mah 'iphone-apps' directory (x.m, x.h, x_Prefix.pch, info.plist, main.m, Makefile)...Which of those files do i have to modify...where do i insert the code?
So far i only know that after i modify those files i have to run ./Makefile in order for it to compile the app.

Wut is the best site with example source code?

Is it possible to like "decompile" any native app to be able to c its code, so like for example modify it (make mah own changes) ?

I need a lil tutorial to get me up n runnin'
