I did couple of video recording using Cyorder,
now I want to move these video files to my pc so i can share them..

any idea how?

You have 2 options:

1st option: Install DiskAid on your PC or MAC and then you can connect to your iPhone using the USB cable.

2nd option: Install OpenSSH thru Cydia and use a program on your PC called WinSCP (username: root password: alpine)

When you have OpenSSH installed, don't forget to change your root and mobile passwords. If you don't, your iPhone is a sitting duck for hacker attacks whenever it is connected to any kind of public network. For example, one hacker tried SSH logins on the full range of IP addresses that a Dutch carrier allocated to iPhones on its 3G network. That's about every iPhone 3G in the country. All those who had installed OpenSSH but didn't change both these passwords (they are both alpine initially) saw lots of personal data stolen from them.

Moe, next time you recommend noobs to install OpenSSH, please mention this.

You need either a terminal on your phone itself (MobileTerminal from Cydia) or a terminal connection to your phone via SSH (PuTTY is usually bundled with WinSCP; you can even start it from there. The connection parameters are the same as with WinSCP). Log in as root and type
passwd
after which you can change the root password; then type
passwd mobile
and change the password for user mobile. It is not a problem if you make it the same as the root password, but it should be different from "alpine".

That's not the right location. You will find Cycorder recordings in /var/mobile/Media/Videos.
