Cydia always shows apps as needing updated in the "Changes" tab. Even after I click "Upgrade", the app downloads/installs and springboard restarts, the next time I go to Cydia the same package(s) will still show there.

It was always BigBoss's Source but now I've installed 2 other apps (SwirlyMMS & WinterBoard) and now Cydia is always telling me there are 3 apps to upgrade.

Any ideas how I can fix the problem without starting from scratch?
