There are so many methods of activating/jailbreaking/unlocking that they place apps in different folders. Make sure that everything is symlinked so that it does not matter where your /Applications folder and other folders are moved. Trota, your phone should not be bricked. It may be in a loop or something of that sort. You can fix that (usually) by using WinSCP or any other method of accessing your phone and deleting the folder of the relevant offending application (Customize, in this case) from you /Applications subdirectory. Also, if you have not installed SummerBoard 3.2, once you reach 80 apps under the /Applications subdirectory, the iPhone will automatically go into a loop. Good luck with getting your phone back to an operating condition.

yep, that's what happend. i just have 20 apps and the apple logo was looping all the time, i didn't know what to do at that time, now i would ssh the phone and delete.

That is good to know, mine has done that 3 or 4 times on 1.1.3/1.1.4. But it happened last night with Customize 2.0 Alpha 15.
