Hey Everyone,
Iam on 1.1.3. I just started playing with Customize a fair bit an hour ago because I know SpicyChicken still wants to get rid of all the bugs. I downloaded the number 1 theme from the top 40 (buuf??) and installed the theme but it wouldnt work. I realised that I still have SMBPrefs installed and that maybe it was conflicting with Customize. I went into Customize and went into SummerBoard Prefs and turned off Summerboard and it told me to Restart my iphone, so I did.....And now here I am sitting in front of my iPhone with the loading apple of death on the screen. It is doing nothing but sitting in its dock and vibrating for some reason....
I cant SSH because it wont fully boot, but I have gotten in with iPhone Browser and deleted both summerboard which did nothing and then Customize which still did nothing....Im really pissed because I really dont wanna have to Restore until 2.0 comes out fully....

Has anyone had this problem??? Or can someone help me fix this so it will boot up at least? Thankyou very much for your time! :|

in 1.1.4 dont work

Customize 2.0 Beta 2 works perfectly fine on my 1.1.4. I also have SMBPrefs.app installed with no problems.

The new customize has been known to give you the SWOD (spinning wheel of death) sometimes. The bugs a being worked on. That is why it is beta, its prone to mess up your phone if you don't know what your doing.

Take it out of the dock and let it sit for one minute. Press Power at the top for about for 10 seconds. You should get the bar to turn it off. Do it, wait another minute and press power again. Just press, don't hold. You should get the Apple logo and them the Springboard. If it doesn't you can still try to bring it to life with iBrick 0.91. DFU and restoring is next if this doesn't work.

Yeh its not the Spinning wheel of death, it is actually stuck on the boot up screen with the apple logo....to turn it off I gotta hold home and sleep. ibrickr thinks it is ok basically....bloody hell...

All i want is my phone to boot...why wont it boot, what would customize have screwed to make it not boot?

in my iphone 1.1.4 not work the beta 2.0, it off like old.

This happened to me when i restarted without re-loading commcenter. The spining circle.

Sounds like Springboard has messed up, i sugesst a full restore and if that doesn't work put it into DFU mode and then restore.

i had the same prob, initially the spinning wheel of death, then the apple logo,

i managed to restore the phone to 1.1.4 from dfu, then run iplus, with the phone docked i then used ibrickr to replace com.apple.SpringBoard.plist file.

then i had to do a couple more dfu restores.

jaibreak and activate again with w.e program u used to do it
cuz if ibrickr recognizes it then it means everythin is not totally lost..
U dont know how many times i brought my fon back to life just by doin that

wut do u mean by a couple of "more dfu restores".......
Also has anybody gotten this problem where u put ya fon into dfu mode ur computer doesnt recognize it n tries to install the drivers but will end up givin u an error, so ur pretty much stuck there.. i dont even wanna mess with that any more (how would i fix it if im forced to go in dfu mode for some reason?)
