What does this do that the Customize 1.21 (custom) doesn't? Does it just remove the tag so you can install it on 1.1.4 without the compatibility patch?

I've installed and tried to customize my iPhone by selecting 5 dock icons feature but it didn't change anything.

Thanks for the modification to allow this to run.
Didn't work for me until I changed the file permissions a little.

Only issue is I can't get custom SMS sound to stick at all.
Any ideas?

i used to have that problem, try setting that beep beep sound to the sms tone you want. i got it to work that way

Everything works except the carrier image. I edited the carrier.plist with my carrier and still nothing. It won't change.
