Here is the recipe how to convert otb 1.1.2 iphone into Turkish both in English and Turkish.
First download http://r..apidshare.com/files/790206...urkce.rar.html (remove two dots in the link)
then extract all files to your ifone using winscp and reboot. go to settings > general > international and select Turkce.
