[Contacts] Copy from iPhone to SIM ?

Hi!
I'm new here and hope someone can help me.
I am about to sell my iphone and will be using a phone that can read contact through sim. So I need desperately to transfer all my 200 plus phone contacts into this sim card. Is there a program or app that does that? and for free?

Pls advice.

Well you could wait for 2.0

What phone are you getting, depending on that you could explore other options like syncing your iPhone contacts to an online site over the air and syncing back to your new phone.

You could also sync with Outlook, Windows Address book or Apple address book with iTunes too and sync back to the new phone.

Hi, I'm new here. I need to find out how to download Outlook in MacBook as I'm previously PC user just recent change to MacBook and I do have my Iphone and PDA need to sync to Macbook so I can get my data to Iphone and Macbook.
Anyone can help me ? thank you
